Infoshred, LLC Acquires Secure Document Destruction
South Windsor, CT, January 1, 2005 – Infoshred, LLC recently purchased Secure Document Destruction,
a New Haven, CT confidential shredding company. This strategic acquisition broadens Infoshred’s
presence in Connecticut and allows the company to continue its penetration of the marketplace in Southern
New England.
“Secure Document Destruction had an impressive list of long-term customers and a complimentary
business, so acquiring the company made good business sense,” says Infoshred’s General
